Founded by comic/writer/veteran Jon Stites, OPERATION COMEDY seeks to strengthen the ties of our heroic veterans and the communities to which they return after serving. The tour is sponsored by National Lampoon and has the full support of the Indiana National Guard. All proceeds go to the Wounded Warrior Project.

OPERATION COMEDY will launch in December of 2009 hitting military installations and events, college campuses, comedy clubs and theatres across Indiana and the Midwest. A large number of tickets for every show will be donated to service members who have been injured or experienced hardship as a direct result of their service and sacrifice. The shows are open to veterans and their families as well as the general public. The comics who perform are seasoned pros, all of whom can bring the house down every night!

The kick off for OPERATION COMEDY is on November 4th-5th at the downtown Crackers from 8:30-10 pm. There is a pre-show meet and greet, celebs galore, Indiana Pace mates, Bud Girls, and more.
